Does SmartWolf offer short term deals?
Yes, in some cases this is possible for coaching and training. If you’re looking to build something then those are a minimum of 2 year contracts to ensure success.
What makes SmartWolf different than other consulting firms?
First, all proposals are customized for each client to ensure they get what they need and don’t pay for things they don’t want. Second, SmartWolf is open to re-alignment or renegotiations one time in the agreement as long as both sides agree when things change with the clients business model. And Third my focus is on my client not other products or agendas as a revenue stream so when i work for you i work for you.
What does SmartWolf mean?
It means no excuses. The trademark phrase is “The truth hurts only when it should”. I was tagged as the “Wolf”years ago by my boss in reference to the Harvey Keitel character in Pulp Fiction, for going into clients’ stores and just cleaning up and fixing issues they had that had nothing to do with what I was there for. And Smart comes from working Smarter not harder. I know it is cliche but I believe we fundamentally look for excuses rather than personal responsibility and solutions, So i bring a direct accountability approach to coaching, training, and consulting and make sure we change the mindset. Some people hear me say I kill the managers in meetings and that is a direct reference to killing the old ways and thinking and teaching them how to get out of their own way and find success even in challenging times.
